Explainer videos for onboarding

New hires read a lot of docs in their first weeks. Rekka turns a doc or a concept into a short video where the explanation is drawn on screen as it is narrated, so people can watch the overview first and read the details after.

How it works

  1. 1

    Attach the doc

Export the wiki page or handbook section to PDF, up to 30 pages, or just type the concept.

  2. 2

    Give direction

Say who it is for, like "for a backend engineer in week one", and what to skip.

  3. 3

    Share it

Download the mp4 for your onboarding course or wiki. Teams can also generate videos through the API.

Questions

Can it explain our internal systems, not just public topics?

Yes, if you attach the material. The script is written from the pages you give it, so it uses your names and your architecture.

Can we generate videos automatically?

Yes. The REST API and the MCP server use the same engine as the web app, so a docs pipeline or an AI assistant can request videos directly. See the API docs.

Are our videos public?

No. Videos are private by default. A public link exists only if you turn it on for a video.
