Turn a PDF into an explainer video

Upload a PDF and Rekka reads it, writes a script from what the document actually says, and draws the explanation on screen while a voice narrates it. It works for research papers, lecture notes, reports, manuals and slide decks exported to PDF, up to 30 pages at a time.

How it works

  1. 1

    Attach your PDF

Drop it into the chat. Images of pages work too, such as photos of a textbook.

  2. 2

    Say what you want

Send it as is for a full walkthrough, or add direction like "focus on the method section" or "explain it to a first year student".

  3. 3

    Get the video

Rekka narrates and draws each scene, and the finished mp4 appears in the chat. Long documents are split into chapters, and you see the length and credit cost before it starts.

Questions

How long can the PDF be?

Up to 30 pages per message. For a longer document, send the chapters you care about, or ask about specific sections.

Can I ask questions about the PDF before making a video?

Yes. Attach the PDF and ask a question instead of asking for a video. Rekka reads the pages and answers in the chat, which costs no credits. Ask for the video once you know what you want it to cover.

Does the video stick to my document?

The script is written from the pages you attach, so the video explains your document and uses its terms, rather than a generic version of the topic.

What does it cost?

One credit makes one video. A long document planned into several chapters costs one credit per chapter, and you confirm the estimate before anything renders. New accounts get one free credit.
